Folks I want to continue my article about choosing ride on mower or lawn tractor. Zero turn mowers are the most common and probably the best type of lawnmower to consider. These mowers allow you to turn on a dime because they are rear wheel driven. Also, the wheels work separately from each other. These types of mowers are great if you have gardens or trees in your yard. You will find that you won’t need to drag out the weed eater as often.
When choosing your mower, you first have to consider the size of your lawn. If you have a large, but still average sized yard, the riding lawn mower would be best for you. If your yard is larger, or even if you just do a lot of gardening and hauling around your yard, the lawn tractor would be a good choice. Obviously the lawn tractor is bigger; therefore, the blades are also bigger. You will cover more ground in less time.
The next thing to consider is the accessories or extra features. There are so many of these that can be added to your lawnmower, for an extra cost of course. You can choose from spreaders, blowers, and extra blades. The additional things that you purchase will be based on what you need to make your lawn care efforts easier. The choices that you make will solely depend on what works best for you.
